The young Jedi Padawan soured through the emptiness of space within the Delta 7 Jedi Starfighter. His mind and body relaxed, yet alert all the same. His bright blue eyes slowly looked down at the data pad in front of him. An incoming message was coming through telling him of his new assignment. Pressing a few buttons upon the metallic surface the message quickly appeared upon the screen for him to read. His eyes slowly scanned across his orders from the Jedi Council .

Anakin Skywalker, you have been ordered to travel to Kashyyyk to solve a diplomatic problem between the two Wookiee tribe lords, that may erupt into a civil war. At some point, your master , Obi-Wan Kenobi, may arrive on Kashyyyk to evaluate your progress. May the Force be with you.

After reading the entire message the young Jedi nodded his head, obviously pleased that he had been given a mission that he most certainly thought he could accomplish without the presence of his Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Reaching over to his left side, the young Jedi began punching in the coordinates for Mytaranor Sector, and then the Kashyyyk system. Within the next =few minutes he'd be upon the surface of the Wookiee's home planet. "R2-D2, get us into hyper drive as soon as possible." Hearing the beep beep from the robot above him a wide mischievous smile went across his lips.

Within moments the young Jedi's mind began to fall into a light sleep. His day had been long and tiring, throughout all his Jedi training and the tasks at hand. As his mind drifted off he could see Qui-Gon Jinn when he had first been free from being a slave. Qui-Gon's words still could be heard within the young mans mind. "The path of a Jedi is a hard one, young Anakin. And living as a Jedi is harder..." If he had only known that his choice would lead him to now would he still have made it when he was but a young boy...

Just as Anakin started to wake up to the beeping sounds from R-2 just outside of the Starfighter his eyes focused upon the colorful planet of the wookiees, Kashyyyk. Grasping his hands around the flight controls the young Jedi took the starfighter down into the planets atmosphere. Pressing two other buttons the wings upon the starfighter snapped back almost making the ship seem like an arrow for a few seconds. Just as the starship entered the clouds the young jedi pulled back on the flight controls leveling the starfighter out to sail through the sky at a slowly rate. Pressing the same two buttons as before the wings explanded back out for better leverage.

Within moments Anakin's Delta 7 was docked within Czerka landing bay. Climbing out of the starfighter, the young Jedi jumped down onto the ramp leading into the inner city of the Wookiee's. Pulling up the hood on his cloak to hide his face as he looked around he wondered weather Obi-Wan Konobi was here yet or on his way. Only time would tell. His mission had just now started. Maybe this would be the mission he had been waitting for to become a Jedi Master himself. Looking back forward, he began down the narrow ramp.

"But, Master, he is not ready to be given a so important mission on his own! He is still a Padawan!", Obi-Wan said. "The Council thinks that the boy is ready for the tests. This mission will be the first test. You, Obi-Wan, will go and help him out, only if he cannot solve the diplomatic problem himself.", replied Mace Windu. "Ready he is not, but powerful he is. The dark side is growing in him, but he will find inner light, I believe.", added Master Yoda. "Forgive me, Master, but I am supposed to be his Master. Shouldn't I protect him, if any evil is to come to him?", asked Obi-Wan. "Right, you are. Allow you to go on Kashyyyk and watch him closely, we do. But help him, you must not. Otherwise doomed he is, by he dark side in him.", answered Yoda. "Thank you, Master!", said Obi-Wan, as he was leaving the Council Room. "May the Force be with you, Obi-Wan.", said Mace Windu. Obi-Wan was consulting the Council's opinion on Anakin's trials. They have been talking for over an hour. Obi-Wan felt relieved that the Council let him to watch ovewr Anakin, yet he wasn't sure that he is ready for the trials.

Obi-Wan went straightly to the Temple's starport, he found his starfighter, and he entered it. "Start the engines, R4.", he said. "Beep-beep vroom bip?", R4 asked him. "We are heading to Mytaranor sector, Kashyyyk, R4. And, you will see R2-D2 again!", Obi-Wan replied with a small laugh. He closed the cockpit, and left Coruscant behind him.

Fifty feet away from his starship a small figured man comes out from now where wearing a Czerka corporation uniform. Stepping to the side to bypass the man, Anakin is somewhat caught off guard when the man steps right in his way. "Can I help you?" Anakin asks calmly wondering what the man could possibly want, he had just arrived."My names Janos Wertka, I see that the Jedi Counsel must have an interest on our operations here on Kashyyyk." Noticing the older man rubbing his hands together, Anakin tilts his head to the side. Studying the man for a moment, he finally shakes his head. "We have no interest in Czerka business, unless we have been given a reason." "Oh! No... haha... No... I was just sent down here to get one hundred credits for docking here..." "You don't need a hundred credits from this Jedi to dock here." Moving his hand in front of the mans face slowly, the Czerka man stayed silent for a moment before repeating Anakin's words. "I don't need a hundred credits. Have a good stay, Jedi." "Could you tell me how to get to Rwookrrorro Village from here by chance?" "Oh! Of coarse... Take a left at the board walk, make sure you don't over step the railing, you'll end up in the Shadowlands. heheh. Just past the smelly wookiees market the ehh... How about I just take you to the villages Chieftain Hall. You will be able to find Chuundar there. "Thank you."

After a few long moments the odd character Janos left Anakin alone in front of the Chieftain Hall. Wondering why that Czerka man had been so... Suspicious puzzled the young Jedi, but no the less he had a mission to complete. Feeling as if someone were watching him, his eyes slowly scanned his surroundings, nothing. Nothing but thick trees, and jungle. Pushing open the door and stepping inside, Anakin is met at the door by two armed wookiee guards. "Ehhhhrrr..." Slowly pulling down the hood of his cloak he nodded to the two armed guards who seemed to be getting angry at the very site of a Jedi. "I am Anakin Skywalker, I was sent here by the Jedi Counsel to see your Chieftain, Chuundar. Both of the Wookiee gaurds look to each other, tilt their heads, and finally glance back at the Jedi before them. Stepping to the side each of them push open a door, revealing a large room with a wooden table in the middle and an elder Wookiee sitting on the other end of the desk. Slowly walking into the room, Anakin notices right away that something was out of place, Something wrong. Standing next to the Chieftian stood a tall Wookiee, him obviously being one of the great hunters that many of the galaxy pilots ranted on about. Bowing in front of them before saying a word Anakin began. "I am Anakin Skywalker, The Jedi Counsel has advised me to come and over see the problem between your tribe and the Jakiooo Tribe within the Shadowlands.

"Here we are, R4. Kashyyyk. The world of the Wookiees. Let's just hope that Anakin has solved the problem between the two tribes. I had a similar mission when I was younger, and it was a bit difficult." Obi-Wan had arrived on Kashyyyk, and was now flying low with his starship to find a place to dock. "Ah, there's the entrance to the Shadowlands. I will dock at the Shadowlands, so Anakin won't find out that I'm here, right R4?", Obi-Wan said. "Bip-bip-bip vrooooom.", replied R4. He landed on the Shadowlands, near the Jakiooo Tribe. He would ask them the situation first, and then he'd hide from Anakin.

"I need to speak to Ferryyin. It is urgent.", he said to a Wookiee. The Wookiee led him to Ferryyin, an old wookiee sage. He had been the village chieftain earlier, when Obi-Wan arrived here almost 10 years ago. "Grauuur. Ehrrr.", said Ferryyin when he saw Obi-Wan. "Hello, my friend, how are you?", Obi-Wan asked him. "Herr. Iiierrrr?", Ferryyin replied. "I'm fine, thanks. Did a Jedi came here and had a meeting with the tribe's chieftain?", Obi-Wan asked him. "Urr. Hurrruur. Ehrr?", asked the Wookiee sage. "The Council sent him. So he hasn't visited this tribe yet. Which means that the problem is not solved. He will visit you tomorrow, probably. I will stay here, on the Shadowlands, in old Jolee's hut. Its abandoned from when he joined Revan, almost 5.000 years ago. I hope it will be alright. Thank you, and goodbye, my friend.", Obi-Wan said to him, while standing up. "Ehrrrrr. Orrrr. Weurr.", said Ferryin, and he hugged Obi-Wan. He stepped out, and took a path that will lead him straight to old Jolee's hut.
