For a character to be a Jedi or a Sith, he has to have a midiclorian rate above 7.000 .
Non Jedi Characters: 1 to 7.500
Jedi Padawan / Sith Apprentice: 7.000 to 10.000
Jedi Guardian / Jedi Consular / Jedi Sentinel / Sith: 9.000 to 13.000
Jedi Master / Sith Lord: 13.000 to 17.000
Non Jedi Characters: 1 to 7.500
Jedi Padawan / Sith Apprentice: 7.000 to 10.000
Jedi Guardian / Jedi Consular / Jedi Sentinel / Sith: 9.000 to 13.000
Jedi Master / Sith Lord: 13.000 to 17.000
